Warranty Policy

To protect customer rights and reinforce our brand credibility, Dai Viet Painting – under Dai Viet Painting Production and Trading Co., Ltd. – is committed to implementing a transparent and clear warranty policy in accordance with current regulations in Vietnam.

Warranty Conditions

Rice art paintings are eligible for warranty service when the following conditions are fully met:

• The product complies with the warranty regulations of Dai Viet Painting and applicable Vietnamese laws.

• The painting is still within the warranty period and the defect is determined to be caused by the manufacturer.

• The product remains in its original condition with intact seals or labels (if applicable).

• The user has not disassembled, repaired, or modified the product structure.

• The authentic rice painting has not been affected by environmental factors such as mold, water exposure, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.

• The painting has not been dropped, hit, or physically damaged due to strong impacts.

• The warranty center does not accept requests related to the exchange, purchase, or resale of used paintings.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The following cases are not covered under the warranty policy:

• Paintings that have been repaired, altered, or modified by a third party or by the customer.

• Paintings that have been exposed to water, moisture, or liquids due to improper storage.

• Paintings that are deformed, warped, peeled, or damaged due to impact, dropping, or external physical forces.

Proper Usage Recommendations

To maintain the durability and natural beauty of the artwork, Dai Viet Painting recommends the following:

• Do not place the painting in areas with high temperature, near kitchens, direct sunlight, or environments with high humidity.

• Do not use strong chemical cleaning agents on the surface of the painting.

• Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to gently clean the frame and glass surface (if applicable).

• Store the painting in a dry and well-ventilated area and avoid strong impacts during transportation or installation.
