Hanoi & HCM (Inner City)

Delivery will be made within 24 hours after order confirmation, depending on the agreed arrangement.

Suburban Areas and Other Provinces

Delivery will follow the schedule of the postal service or transportation provider.

Dai Viet Painting will inform customers in advance of the estimated delivery time.

Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 14:00 (2:00 PM): delivery may be arranged on the same day.

• Orders placed after 14:00 (2:00 PM): delivery will be arranged in the evening or on the following day.

Important Notes When Placing Orders

• Orders are only accepted when customers provide complete information including full name, address, and contact phone number.

• After receiving the order, Dai Viet Painting staff will contact the customer to confirm the order details before delivery.

• For online or phone orders, if the customer does not complete the payment within 3 days after confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel the order to ensure production and delivery schedules.
