Return and Refund Policy

At Dai Viet Painting, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction when purchasing our products. To help customers shop with confidence, we have established a clear and transparent Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

• The product received is not the correct type or design as stated in the order.

• The quantity or product set is incomplete compared to the order.

• The product packaging is torn, damaged, broken, or deformed due to transportation.

• Incorrect warranty information or technical defects caused by the manufacturer.

• The product does not meet quality standards or is damaged within the warranty coverage provided by Dai Viet Rice Painting or the supplier.

Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the following situations:

• The product is not an official product of Dai Viet Rice Painting.

• The product is beyond the warranty period or does not meet warranty conditions.

• The painting has been altered, repaired, or modified by the customer or a third party.

• The returned item is scratched, bent, damaged, or deformed during the return shipping process by the customer.

Quality Commitment

• All products from Dai Viet Rice Painting are authentic and 100% brand new.

• If customers can prove that a product is counterfeit, we will compensate double the value of the product.

• Dai Viet Rice Painting is not responsible for products lost or damaged when customers arrange the return shipment themselves.

• Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the product before signing for delivery. We cannot take responsibility for issues discovered after the delivery has been accepted.

Return & Exchange Time and Procedure

a. Return / Exchange Time

• Within Hanoi: Within 7 days from the delivery date stated on the invoice.

• Other provinces or international shipments: Within 7 days from the date on the shipping receipt or postal stamp.

b. Return / Exchange Procedure

Customers are required to follow these steps:

1. Carefully pack the product in its original Dai Viet Rice Painting packaging.

2. Clearly state the reason for the return or exchange on the invoice included with the product.

3. The product must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice issued by Dai Viet Rice Painting.

4. After sending the product, please contact us via hotline or email and provide the shipping tracking number and product status.

5. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost related to the return or exchange.

Once the returned item is received, Dai Viet Rice Painting will inspect the product and respond to the customer as soon as possible.
